Plan it, build it, secure it, run it — with one team

CaNo Solutions is an IT systems integrator based in Monheim am Rhein, sitting between Düsseldorf, Cologne and Leverkusen. We look after mid-sized companies throughout the Rhine-Ruhr region, remotely and on site when the situation calls for it.

We cover the whole chain: we plan and lay the structured cabling, build the network, servers and cloud environments on top of it, protect them against attack and failure — and then keep the result running.

What separates a calm environment from a noisy one is rarely a single product. It is whether the pieces fit. A team that knows the cabling, the network and the cloud finds faults faster and makes decisions that still hold up two years later.

// What we cover

Four jobs, one point of contact

IT does not break neatly into separate purchase orders. So we sort the work by what it actually does for your business.

// Why one partner

When cabling, network and cloud pull together, far less stays hidden.

Most faults do not sit inside one system. They sit between two. When the same people are answerable for cabling, network and cloud, that gap disappears — and so does the argument about whose problem it is.

How we work
01 · Analysis

Understand what is there

A survey of systems, contracts, risks and goals — without assumptions and without a product list prepared in advance.

02 · Planning

Target picture & order

An architecture you can follow, with clear priorities: what comes first, what comes later, and what we deliberately leave alone.

03 · Delivery

Introduce it cleanly

Work in stages, documented, and scheduled so that the working day notices as little as possible.

04 · Operation

Run it and sharpen it

Ongoing care, monitoring and a regular look at where things stand — adjusting is part of the job, not an admission of failure.

Common questions about working with an IT provider

What companies in Düsseldorf and Rhine-Ruhr ask us most often in a first conversation.

Question not covered? Get in touch
01

Is CaNo Solutions located in Düsseldorf?

Our office is in Monheim am Rhein, roughly halfway between Düsseldorf, Cologne and Leverkusen. We look after companies in Düsseldorf and across the wider Rhine-Ruhr region — remotely, and on site whenever the job needs hands.

02

Can you run our IT day to day?

Yes. Under a managed IT agreement we keep endpoints, servers, network and cloud services running: monitoring, maintenance, updates and fault handling, with named people who already know your setup.

03

Do you install and measure network cabling yourselves?

Yes — copper and fibre. Planning, installation and measurement stay with our own crew, and every handover includes a measurement report that documents each link we have laid.

04

Do you also work with private customers?

No. We work with companies and organisations only. That keeps our processes, availability and documentation at the level a business actually needs during working hours.

05

What about support outside office hours?

Support and monitoring are staffed around the clock. Which response times apply to you is written into the service agreement, graded by how much of your business a given fault brings to a stop.

06

Do we have to replace everything at once?

No. We start by mapping what you have and propose an order of work. Everything then happens in steps your working day can absorb — usually starting where the risk or the wasted effort is largest.

Let's talk about your IT.

Tell us where it hurts — the network, security, or simply the daily grind. We will look at it and say plainly what is worth doing.
