IT Services for Companies in Düsseldorf & Rhine-Ruhr
Four jobs, one point of contact: we run your IT, protect it, connect your sites and build what is missing. Here is what each of those means in practice.
// Directory
Every service and solution at a glance
Grouped by what the work achieves in daily operation — not by product category.
Operate & Support
// Fit
The fit comes first, the service second
A list of services says very little about what a particular business needs. A trades company with twelve desks and three active sites hits different limits than a medical practice with strict access rules, or a warehouse where every handheld scanner depends on the wireless network.
So every engagement starts with the same question: what is holding you up right now? The order of work follows from the answer — sometimes it is the cabling, sometimes it is who holds which permission, sometimes it is simply writing down where the accounts live.
Read the directory below as a map rather than a menu. It shows what we cover, so you can place your own situation somewhere on it.
// Constant
What stays the same in every job
Whether we are cabling a floor or moving a mail environment.
-
People, not ticket numbers
You get named contacts who know your environment, so nobody has to explain the setup from scratch with every report.
-
Documentation is part of it
What we build, we write down: port assignments, accounts, dependencies. Including for the day you bring somebody else in.
-
Equipment that stays serviceable
We pick components that can be replaced and extended, rather than tying you to a construction only we can operate.
-
Security is not an add-on
Access control, separation and a tested way back into operation are designed in, not bolted on later as a separate project.
// Questions about scope
What companies want to know before the first job
01 Do we have to buy the whole catalogue?
No. Plenty of client relationships begin with a single job — one cabling project, one migration, one security question. Whether it grows from there is decided afterwards, not in a contract signed up front.
02 Can you work alongside our own IT department?
Yes. We top up internal teams where capacity or specialist knowledge runs short: a second opinion on the architecture, cover at the edges of the day, rollouts, cabling. Who is answerable for what gets written down before we start.
03 Which manufacturers and systems do you use?
The use case decides that, not a house brand. We work with common business-grade equipment and favour components that can be serviced, replaced and documented — including by somebody other than us.
04 Will you take over an environment from another provider?
Yes. We begin with a survey: what runs, what is documented, where the accounts and contracts sit. Only then do we talk about the handover itself and the order of work.
05 What does an IT service cost with CaNo Solutions?
It depends on scope, device count and how much of the operation you want to hand over. We quote once we have seen the environment — a number produced before that would simply be a guess.
