IT support for Düsseldorf — fast help for companies

When the server stops answering or half the staff cannot reach their files, only one thing counts: that somebody picks up who understands what you are describing.

// Process

What happens after your call

No ticket form demanding fields before anyone listens. We want to know first who is affected and what has come to a stop.

01 · Report

You describe the case

By phone or in writing. Three things matter: what is not working, since when, and how many workstations depend on it.

02 · Grade

Set the urgency

A single printer is not the same as a dispatch bay standing still. We grade the case and tell you immediately what to expect.

03 · Fix

Remote session or a visit

Most cases can be resolved from a distance. Where hardware, cabling or network equipment is involved, we come to you.

04 · Report back

Name the cause

Once it is fixed we say what caused it and whether it can happen again. Where we see a pattern, we propose removing the underlying problem.

What companies ring us about

Emergency

Everything has stopped

Server, network or a key application unreachable. Here the order matters: get people working again first, look for the cause afterwards.

Workstation

One person is stuck

A login that will not take, a missing permission, a device refusing to cooperate. Often solved in minutes — as long as somebody answers.

Pattern

It keeps coming back

The same fault for the third time. Then we stop looking for the fix and start looking for the cause — usually one layer further down.

Planned work

Something is about to change

A move, new workstations, an additional site. Planned work goes into windows that leave the working day alone.

// Preparation

Four details that shorten the call

You do not have to diagnose anything. These points simply save the first round of questions.

  • Who is affected

One person, one department or the whole building. The grading depends on it.

  • Since when

And whether something changed beforehand — an update, a move, a new device.

  • The exact message

The wording of the error, or a photo of the screen, often says more than a description of it.

  • Who we can reach

A number for follow-up questions — ideally somebody sitting in front of the affected machine.

What gets asked most often during a fault

Urgent? Call us directly
01

What is the fastest way to report a fault?

By phone on +49 (2173) 993046-0 or by email to info@cano-sol.de. For anything urgent the call is shorter: we can ask a follow-up question straight away instead of interpreting a written description.

02

Do you come to Düsseldorf in person?

Yes. We are based in Monheim am Rhein, immediately south of Düsseldorf, and also cover Leverkusen, Cologne, Neuss and the rest of the Rhine-Ruhr area. Many cases are quicker to solve remotely; when hardware, cabling or network equipment is involved, we drive out.

03

Will you help us without a service agreement?

Yes, we take one-off cases as well. Without ongoing care we do not know your environment, so part of the time goes into finding our bearings. If the same fault keeps returning, moving to a standing arrangement almost always pays for itself.

04

What if nobody picks up straight away?

Fault intake is staffed around the clock. If calls do stack up, leave the company name, a number to call back on and a short description — we ring back and grade the case by urgency.

05

Do we hear anything while the case is open?

Yes. On anything that runs longer we come back with an interim update, even when there is no solution yet. Nothing holds a business up more than waiting without information.

06

Do you support individual home office setups?

Yes, provided the device belongs to the company and is joined to your environment. Privately owned machines are outside what we do — we work with business clients only.
