Nearly every company has a shelf of swapped-out laptops, retired servers and monitors that nobody feels responsible for. They lose value every month they sit there — and some of them still hold client records, mail archives and saved credentials.
Both problems can be settled in one operation. The equipment gets a price, the drives get wiped and documented, and you end up with a list that closes the matter cleanly.
We buy from companies and organisations only. The reason is unglamorous: it is the only way to show without gaps where a device came from and who was answerable for the data on it.

A list beats an estimate
Send us models, specifications and quantities, ideally as an extract from your asset register. For larger holdings we come and look at the equipment on site.
An offer with reasoning
We value by model, condition and demand, and say openly which units still carry value and which are worth only their materials. You then decide whether to sell.
Emptying the drives
Every drive is wiped and logged against its serial number. Anything that cannot be wiped safely is destroyed. On request this happens in your own building.
Removal and settlement
We collect by appointment, sign for the handover with the equipment list and settle up. The erasure certificate comes with the paperwork.

The price is negotiable. This part is not.

Recorded per device
Every unit taken over is logged with its serial number. Without that link an erasure certificate would be worthless later.

The whole drive, not one partition
What gets wiped is the entire drive rather than the visible volume. Hidden areas and recovery partitions are included.

Faulty drives are destroyed
Anything that cannot be addressed or wiped dependably is made mechanically unusable. A doubtful case never goes back into circulation.

You receive a record connecting device, drive and the method applied — the document somebody asks for during an audit.

Laptops and monitors
Office equipment, including larger batches out of a replacement cycle. Smaller quantities are welcome too, usually shipped rather than collected.
Servers, storage, network
Retired servers, storage systems, switches and security appliances. We can handle the removal once the replacement equipment is running.
Closures and relocations
When a site closes or moves, we take on the entire holding — valued, wiped and closed off with a list that ends the matter.

Where the equipment goes after collection
Units that still have life in them are tested, reconditioned and go back into a working company. What has reached its end is taken apart and recycled by material. Both routes are documented — your old devices do not disappear into an unmarked crate.

What companies want to know before handing equipment over
01 Which hardware do you buy?
Business equipment taken out of active service: laptops, desktops, monitors, servers, storage systems, switches and firewalls. Consumables and purely domestic devices are not part of it — there are other routes for those.
02 How safe is the data erasure?
Every drive is wiped before a device moves on, and the operation is logged against its serial number. Drives that cannot be wiped reliably, or that are already faulty, are destroyed mechanically — and that appears in the record as well.
03 Do we get proof for our own files?
Yes. You receive a list of the equipment taken over with serial numbers, plus the matching erasure certificate. For your own record-keeping obligations that is the part which counts later — not the price.
04 How does collection work?
For smaller quantities, shipping by arrangement is enough. Larger holdings we collect by appointment, outside business hours if you prefer. Where the erasure happens — on your premises or ours — is your decision.
05 How is the price determined?
By model, specification, condition and current demand. That is why we quote no flat rate: we value against your equipment list and show openly how the offer is put together.
06 Do you buy from private individuals?
No. We deal with companies and organisations only. That has to do with the paperwork that has to be kept for both the purchase and the data erasure.
