From Monheim for Düsseldorf and the Rhine-Ruhr region
Our office is in Monheim am Rhein. From here we look after companies in Düsseldorf, Cologne, Leverkusen, Neuss, Duisburg and the wider Rhineland. We deliberately keep no branch in Düsseldorf, because the drive along the Rhine takes very little time anyway.
The larger part of the work is remote: updates, analysis, most faults. We come out where the job is physical — cabling, server cabinets, hardware swaps, sign-offs, and the meetings that genuinely need everyone around one table.

02 Can we simply drop by?
Let us know shortly beforehand and someone will be there with time for you. Unannounced visits are a gamble, since much of the team is out working at client sites.
03 Do you serve companies outside Düsseldorf?
Yes. From Monheim we cover the Rhine-Ruhr area and the wider Rhineland, including Düsseldorf, Cologne, Leverkusen, Neuss and Duisburg. A large share of the work happens remotely anyway.
04 Do you work for private individuals?
No. We work exclusively for companies, practices and institutions. Enquiries about private households are something we have to turn down.
05 What happens to the details I enter in the form?
