// About us · from Monheim for Düsseldorf & Rhine-Ruhr
One IT partner instead of seven separate contractors
CaNo Solutions is an IT systems integrator based in Monheim am Rhein. We take on the whole chain that is usually split across several companies — from the socket in the wall to the systems running behind it.
// How we see our role
A partner, not another supplier
Most companies that approach us do not have one IT problem. They have an environment that grew in layers: the network was built by one firm, the servers looked after by another, the cloud brought in by a third — and when something breaks, each of them points at the next.
That gap is where we come in. Because cabling, networking, servers, cloud and security all sit with us, there is no handover point at which responsibility quietly disappears. The people who planned the build are the ones who answer the phone later.
None of that means we want to replace everything. More often the sensible move is to bring order to what exists, write it down properly, and renew the two or three places where it genuinely hurts.
// What we stand for
Four commitments you can hold us to
None of these are promises that resist checking. You will know within the first project whether they hold up.
Our way of working in detailWe sell a working setup, not a brand. Whatever can stay, stays.
Drawings, schematics and measurement reports are part of the job, never a surcharge.
Named contacts who already know your environment — no anonymous first line.
When an idea makes no sense, we say so, even when saying so costs us the order.
// What it feels like
Close by, dependable, easy to follow
Three things that shape everyday cooperation — and none of them are technical.
Someone who knows your setup
You never have to explain your environment from scratch again. During an outage that alone saves half the time.
Explanations without jargon
You should be able to decide, not guess. We say what a measure achieves — and what it does not.
Short distances in the Rhineland
Düsseldorf, Cologne, Leverkusen and Neuss are all a quick drive from Monheim. On-site visits stay easy to schedule.

Instead of numbers nobody can confirm: the entries on public record, the same ones you will find on every quotation we send.

How to judge whether we did our job
Ask us these after a year of working together. If any answer comes out wrong, something went wrong on our side.
-
You know what you own
A current overview of your systems, contracts and access rights — held by you, not only by us.
-
You reach a person
A contact who knows you picks up, instead of your request travelling through three tiers first.
-
The same faults stop returning
Because after the third identical incident we stop treating the symptom and go after the cause.

Credentials, licences and documentation belong to you. We want to keep clients by working well, not by locking them in.
// Questions about us
What companies ask before they get in touch
01 What does CaNo Solutions actually do?
We are a systems integrator. That means we design IT environments, pull the cabling, build the network, servers and cloud services, secure the result and then keep it running. Hardware procurement, equipment buyback and refurbished devices round out the picture.
02 Where is the company based?
Our office is at Niederstr. 41 in Monheim am Rhein. The town sits between Düsseldorf, Cologne and Leverkusen, so an on-site appointment anywhere in the Rhineland rarely costs more than a short drive.
03 Which companies do you work with?
Mid-sized businesses and institutions that depend on their IT but have no in-house department covering every discipline. Manufacturing, logistics, healthcare and energy come up most often. We do not take on private households.
04 Are you tied to particular manufacturers?
No. We choose what suits the existing environment, the budget and whoever will run it afterwards. When a system already in place can carry on doing its job, keeping it is usually the better call than replacing it.
05 Why is there no headcount or project count on this page?
Because we only publish what you could check. Figures nobody can verify tell you very little about whether we are a fit. What we offer instead is a conversation in which you ask the questions that matter to your business.
06 Can we hire you for a single project?
Yes. Many companies start with something clearly bounded — a cabling job, a server replacement, a cloud connection. Whether that turns into ongoing support is entirely your decision afterwards.

One conversation is usually enough to tell whether we fit. Tell us where your IT stands today and we will sort out the rest together.
